 Xanadu, means heaven or paradise, is the place to relax in
spacious comfort, enjoy mountain and lake views, and have privacy
in daily living! This professionally managed resort offers the
amenities and comforts of home to discerning travelers. Whether you
have a day, a week, a month, or more, Xanadu can meet your needs
with unlimited hospitality. Constructed in the mid 80's, more than
60 one and two bedroom furnished condos, arranged around pools,
spas, and pleasant courtyards. Xanadu is located 3 blocks from Lake
Havasu and the beach, and is centrally located to "everything".
Each of our condos has a private entrance, a spacious living/family
room with cozy furnishings, cable TV, and a private balcony or
patio.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Please note
that a $300 security deposit will be required upon check in. Check
is between 2 and 5pm. Please bring a copy of confirmation, valid
credit card of person checking in for file, or cash for deposit. A
security deposit of $300 will be collected upon check in.
If arriving after 5pm, please call 928-855-8300 15 to 20 minutes
prior to arrival. Beautiful Lake Havasu City is the combination of
two natural beauties - the splendor of the desert and the gorgeous
crystal blue waters of the lake. With over 300 days of sunshine
each year, Lake Havasu is the perfect destination for golf, tennis,
and desert tours.
